- Analyse & monitor customer PPM by monitoring the rejection trends and understanding the customer specific quality requirements & take the necessary counter-measures, if required

Manpower Development

- Plan and develop required skill-set in department members as per respective roles and responsibility by calculating competency mapping score and monitoring actual training hours in accordance with the plan
- Set and monitor performance targets of accountability and objectives of department members as per the plan and take necessary actions to ensure the proper implementation of performance management & deployment management system in Production department. - Analyze actual PMS reviews, annual reviews and appraisal of Non-PMS staff in accordance with the defined plan - Build up and maintain high morale and motivation in department members - Focus on reducing absenteeism rate of direct labour and indirect labour - Prepare and monitor resource & manpower plan to finalize budget for the two in order to adhere to the company standards |

- Achieve and ensure maximum capacity utilization in order to achieve budgeted production volume and cost
- Monitor gaps in process with the help of gap analysis and results monitoring on daily basis - Develop, upgrade and modify production equipment's, processes and systems as per business requirement - Monitor no. of improvement projects initiated and actual savings as compared to planed savings - Monitor the process enhancement projects to ensure Quality improvement of products as per customer specific requirement and achieve desired level of productivity - Monitor the PPC plan in window plant and take necessary actions to adhere to the set production targets - Monitor & implement SOP's for safety to build safe working environment by adhering to safety norms in place - Undertake learning and development program for self and team members to ensure effective knowledge capability enhancement |
