Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis to support management decision-making. The role ensures data integrity, timely MIS reporting, KPI tracking, and smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple departments

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports

  • Track KPIs, performance metrics, and operational dashboards

  • Maintain structured databases, Excel sheets, and records

  • Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with teams for resolution

  • Present summaries and insights to management in a clear format

  • Support audits, reviews, and internal reporting requirements

  • Maintain data confidentiality and information security

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to manage large datasets and tight reporting timelines

  • Good communication and inter-department coordination skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

  • 1–3 years experience in MIS, reporting, or operations analytics

  • Freshers with strong Excel skills may be considered

Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Exposure to ERP or CRM systems

  • Basic knowledge of Power BI / Tableau

  • Understanding of operational or business metrics

Work Environment

  • Office-based role

  • Extended hours during month-end or reporting cycles may be required
