SAP FICO Consultant L3

Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 (Level 3) support for SAP FICO incidents and problem management.

• Perform root cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes.

• Configure and support FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).

• Handle change requests (CRs), enhancements, and minor implementations.

• Support S/4HANA Finance processes including Universal Journal and Margin Analysis.

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure strong FI-CO integration with MM, SD, PP, PM, and Treasury.

• Participate in blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support.

• Support data migration, master data governance, and cutover activities.

• Work closely with L1/L2 teams and provide mentoring and knowledge transfer.

• Prepare functional documentation and SOPs.

• Support audit, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO, CO-PC, CO-PA).

• Experience in L3 production support and implementations.

• Exposure to S/4HANA migration and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).

• Good understanding of business finance processes and integrations.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
