*Job Description: Site Supervisor / Site Execution (Interior Design Company)*

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, and other site workers
* Ensure timely completion of projects as per schedule and company standards
* Monitor material delivery, usage, and maintain proper site records
* Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
* Handle site measurements and prepare basic reports
* Identify and resolve on-site issues effectively
* Ensure safety standards and proper housekeeping at site
* Coordinate with designers and project managers for smooth execution
* Conduct site inspections and provide regular progress updates

*Requirements:*

* B.E Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 1+ year of experience in interior site supervision or execution
* Basic knowledge of interior fit-out work, materials, and drawings
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Ability to handle site work independently
* Willingness to travel to different project sites if required
