Job Description:
  • Designation –  HE&R Analyst - APAC (Health Economics & Reimbursement)
  • Qualification – Any Graduate 
  • Work Timings – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (may require flexible hours to accommodate calls with Global and Regional teams)
  • Working Days – Mon - Fri
  • Work Location –  Hyderabad
  • Salary – Best in industry
  • Experience – 2+ years

The Opportunity

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support market access for innovative medical devices that improve patient outcomes. You will work within our APAC Health Economics & Reimbursement (HE&R) team, contributing to activities such as preparing reimbursement submissions, literature summary, progress update reports, and ensuring timely alignment with global and regional objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Collect, review, and analyze clinical, economic, and product-related data from sources such as scientific literature and clinical guidelines.
  • Support HE&R country leads in preparing reimbursement dossiers and clinical summaries.
  • Maintain project trackers, monitor progress, proactively flag risks of delays, and ensure deliverables are completed according to milestones.
  • Prepare regular progress update reports.
  • Track competitive activity and provide regular and timely insights to the APAC HE&R team.
  • Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as assigned to support APAC HE&R priorities.
  • Other tasks and project as assigned by manager.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, medical writing experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, structured, and self-directed working style with a drive for high-quality output.
  • Familiarity with literature databases (such as PubMed, Embase and Cochrane) and grey literature is desirable.
  • Prior exposure to regulatory submissions, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) processes or reimbursement activities is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint).
