Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and project leads to achieve sales targets.
    • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
      .
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare, present, and negotiate detailed technical proposals and contracts.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics) to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Tracking: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales metrics, maintain records, and report on performance. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in project-based sales, technical sales, or business development.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
