Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Control: Developing, implementing, and managing production schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Operational Oversight: Monitoring manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and resolving production issues.
- Resource Management:
Coordinating raw materials, inventory, and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Staff Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and scheduling production staff, including training and performance management.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing company health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing cost-cutting, efficiency-boosting, or quality-improvement initiatives.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaising with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
