Position:- Video Marketing & Corporate Sales (Ads, Corporate Films, Safety Films)
Location:- AJC Bose Road, Kolkata
Role summary
We’re hiring a Video Marketing & Corporate Sales professional to drive B2B revenue by selling ad films, video services, corporate films, training/SOP videos, and safety films to mid-to-large enterprises. You’ll own the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, closing, and account growth—working closely with our creative/production team to craft winning video solutions.
Key responsibilities
B2B Sales & Revenue
- Sell video solutions: corporate films, ad films, safety films, training/SOP videos, explainers, brand films, employer branding, etc.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline (cold outreach, inbound leads, referrals, partnerships).
- Run discovery calls to understand stakeholder needs (HR, EHS/Safety, Corporate Communications, Marketing, CSR, Learning & Development, Plant Heads).
- Create proposals, pricing, scope-of-work, and close deals with clear timelines and deliverables.
Client acquisition & outreach
- Identify target accounts and decision-makers, set meetings, and manage follow-ups.
- Execute outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, events, vendor registrations, and agency/channel partnerships.
- Maintain CRM hygiene: pipeline stages, deal notes, next steps, revenue forecasting.
Pitching & solutioning
- Present showreels/case studies and recommend formats, durations, and distribution strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to craft concept notes, estimates, timelines, and production plans.
- Handle negotiations: commercials, revisions, licensing, timelines, payment terms, and procurement requirements.
Account management & upsell
- Grow existing accounts via retainer packages, quarterly video plans, multi-location safety rollouts, and ongoing content calendars.
- Ensure smooth handover to production; stay involved until delivery & payment closure.
- Monthly/quarterly revenue targets achieved
- Meeting activity and conversion: outreach → meetings → proposals → closures
Required skills and experience:-
- 1–6+ years in B2B sales/business development (agency, media, production, marketing services preferred)
- Comfortable selling to corporate stakeholders (HR/L&D, Marketing, Corporate Comms, Admin, EHS/Safety, Procurement)
- Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Proposal creation, basic budgeting, and deal structuring
- Working knowledge of video production lifecycle (script → shoot/AI/animation → edit → delivery)
- Ability to sell video + performance/distribution (YouTube/LinkedIn ads, internal comms rollouts)
- Good to have Experience selling training/safety films for manufacturing, infra, energy, logistics, construction, or large plants
