Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services

Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and close sales

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with clients

Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Maintain customer records and update CRM/sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, accounts) for order processing

Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support

Ensure a professional and welcoming sales environment at the office
