Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in Frozen Foods and Masala segment. The ideal candidate must have established connections in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Caterers) segment and a strong distributor network.

This is a hardcore B2B field-driven role focused on revenue growth, distributor expansion, and HoReCa penetration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales growth in the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens).

  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors across assigned territories.

  • Leverage existing distributor and HoReCa network to accelerate market penetration.

  • Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategy for frozen foods and masala products.

  • Conduct product presentations and sampling activities with chefs, purchase managers, and decision-makers.

  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and annual supply contracts.

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Ensure timely collection and credit control from distributors and institutional clients.

  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Frozen Foods and/or Masala industry (mandatory).

  • Proven experience in HoReCa B2B sales.

  • Strong existing network of distributors and HoReCa clients.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to independently handle territory and key accounts.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development.


Preferred Profile

  • Prior experience working with established FMCG or food brands.

  • Understanding of cold chain distribution (for frozen foods).

  • Experience in launching new products in HoReCa segment.

  • MBA in Marketing / Business preferred.
