Job Description:

Position:        R&D Exceutive

Location:       Daman

Experience:    5  - 6  Years

Industries:     Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize injectable dosage forms (liquid, lyophilized, suspensions).
• Conduct pre-formulation and formulation studies for parenteral products.
• Prepare lab-scale and pilot-scale batches for injectable formulations.
• Perform technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• Support scale-up, validation, and exhibit batches.
• Prepare and review R&D documentation including protocols, reports, and SOPs.
• Compile regulatory dossiers (CTD/ANDA sections related to formulation).
• Conduct stability studies and interpret data.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
• Troubleshoot formulation, process, and sterility-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EU-GMP, WHO).
• Maintain proper documentation and data integrity as per regulatory norms.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of injectable formulation development.
• Good documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc/ B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Salary :-  Upto 7.00 LPA
