- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP software (like SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
- Understanding of inventory management (BOM, MOQ) and financial aspects.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Quality, Production) and external suppliers.
- Domain Expertise:
- Industry-specific knowledge, such as working in a large integrated steel plant or relevant manufacturing sector.
- Understanding of quality control for incoming materials.
