Job Description – HR Manager

Working Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR process management. This role acts as the central HR point of contact for corporate, retail, and support functions, ensuring smooth people operations and compliance.

Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail, production, and support roles.
  • Coordinate closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions through effective sourcing and screening.
  1. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Manage complete onboarding process including:
    • Offer letters
    • Joining formalities
    • Documentation & verification
    • Employee induction
  • Ensure smooth employee integration during the probation period.
  • Track confirmations and probation reviews.
  1. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Handle and resolve day-to-day employee issues and grievances.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented work environment.
  1. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
  • Manage attendance records and leave management systems.
  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for accurate salary processing.
  • Ensure timely inputs for payroll, incentives, and deductions.
  1. HR Operations & MIS
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports related to:
    • Headcount
    • Attrition
    • Attendance
    • Recruitment status
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  1. HR Policies, SOPs & Compliance
  • Support implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure basic compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain statutory and compliance-related documentation.

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on HR generalist experience.
  • Strong exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Practical and solution-oriented approach to employee issue resolution.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

Industry Preference

  • Experience in fashion, retail, D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: Management / Leadership Team
  • Works closely with: Department Heads, Accounts, and Operations Teams
