- Training & Development: Participate in rotational, on-the-job training programs to understand company processes, safety standards, and engineering practices.
- Technical Support: Assist senior engineers with designing, testing, and implementing technical solutions, systems, or products.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare technical reports to support project requirements.
