Job Description:
Position - 3 PL Integration Support
Working days - 5 days
Time - 9hrs
Role Summary:
Responsible for monitoring system errors, coordinating with IT and external partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily system and integration errors
- Coordinate with IT, SAP teams, and 3PL vendors for issue resolution
- Prioritize issues based on business impact
- Track tickets and ensure closure within SLAs
- Act as SPOC between business, IT, and vendors
- Prepare daily/weekly error and SLA reports
- Maintain process documentation and audit records
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in operations or application support
- Experience in business operations or technical support
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel
