Purchase Manager
Job Description:
- Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Develop procurement strategies, identify potential suppliers, and negotiate contracts for better pricing and terms.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain vendor relationships, monitor performance, and resolve issues regarding damaged goods or delivery delays.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, analyze purchasing data, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Operational Purchasing: Manage the Purchase Order (PO) process from requisition to delivery, including invoicing and payment coordination.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and prepare reports on procurement activities for management.
