SAP Project Coordinator
Job Description:
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end SAP project activities and timelines.

Support SAP implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects.
-
Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
-
Prepare project plans, status reports, and dashboards.
-
Organize project meetings and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
-
Manage risks, issues, and action items (RAID logs).
-
Coordinate with functional and technical SAP teams (SD/MM/FI/CO).
-
Support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
-
Ensure documentation and compliance with project standards.
-
Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders and project teams.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Experience in coordinating SAP projects (implementation/support).
-
Knowledge of SAP modules (SD/MM/FI/CO) is preferred.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects is an advantage.

Strong understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies.
-
Experience with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
