Territory Sales Executive

Job Description:

The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for managing and expanding the customer base within an assigned territory. This includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets for corrugated carton products.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corrugated packaging sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand packaging needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corrugated packaging or industrial products.
• Strong understanding of corrugated carton products, applications, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
