Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
The Sales Coordinator acts as a vital link between the sales team, production, and customers. This role ensures smooth order processing, timely communication, and efficient coordination across departments to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with customers to process orders, confirm specifications, and schedule deliveries.
• Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Track order status and proactively update customers on timelines and delays.
• Support the sales team with lead follow-ups, client communication, and CRM updates.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards in all sales operations.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Knowledge of corrugated carton specifications and production processes is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
