Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Management / Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and data-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel and be comfortable handling large sets of data with accuracy. This role is suitable for freshers who are eager to learn and build their career in data management and backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain company data records accurately
* Perform data entry, data verification, and data cleaning tasks
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel
* Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for data analysis
* Maintain MIS reports and dashboards
* Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and updates
* Ensure proper documentation and filing of records
* Support administrative and back-office operations as required
Required Skills
* Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table is mandatory)
* Basic understanding of data management and reporting
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Word and Email communication
* Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent preferred)
