Job Title: Real Estate Marketing & Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Marketing & Sales Manager to lead marketing initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive sales closures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting new real estate projects, coordinating with developers, and converting prospects into successful sales. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic marketing expertise, and proven sales closing abilities within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for real estate projects.
  • Plan and execute campaigns (digital, offline, events, site visits, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with developers to understand project USPs and position them effectively in the market.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.

Client Management & Sales

  • Introduce projects to potential customers and conduct detailed presentations.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales effectively.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Developer Coordination

  • Liaise with different real estate developers for project updates, pricing, inventory, and offers.
  • Maintain clear communication between developers and clients.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance during transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing real estate deals.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
