Key Requirements

Education
 MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Packaging / Business or related field

Experience
 12 -18+ years of sales experience in the packaging industry
 Proven track record in B2B sales, key accounts, and revenue growth
 Experience in handling large teams and strategic customers

Job Summary
The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer relationships in the packaging industry. This role involves strategic planning, key account management, team leadership, and identifying new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
 Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals.
 Drive top-line and bottom-line growth across packaging products (flexible, rigid, corrugated, labels, films, etc.).
 Achieve annual sales targets, volume growth, and margin objectives.

Business Development
 Identify and acquire new clients across FMCG, Pharma, Food & Beverage, E commerce, Industrial, and Retail sectors.
 Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
 Explore new markets, geographies, and product segments.

Key Account Management
 Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
 Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
 Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Leadership & Development
 Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team (field sales, key account managers, channel partners).
 Set targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
 Train team on products, market trends, and competitive positioning.

Market & Competitive Analysis
 Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer requirements.
 Provide insights to management for product development and capacity planning.
 Work closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams.

Forecasting & Reporting
 Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports.
 Monitor order pipeline, collections, and credit control in coordination with finance.
