Accountant

Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 2–4 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure proper documentation
Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes
Prepare and post journal entries in accounting software
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation (pharma products)
Ensure GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B preparation & reconciliation)
Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation accounting
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits
Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations (where applicable)
Prepare MIS reports and management reports

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Experience in pharma/manufacturing accounting preferred
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems (SAP preferred if applicable)
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Good communication and coordination skills

Job Time- 9:30 AM-6:30 PM

Job Location - Moraiya / Sanand (Ahmedabad)

Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (Pharma/Manufacturing preferred)
