Key Roles/Deliverables
To read logbook on daily basis.
Functioning as a Management representatives
To understand & develop the potentialities of each man & give work to each as per his ability.
Responsible for customer complaint should be zero.
Responsible for customer ppm.
To cross check In-house quality documents.
Responsible for achieving quality goal & objective.
Responsible for supplier development
To ensure & verify that 5 ‘S’, TPM & KAIZEN of dept.
To sanctioned leave of workers & staff timely.
Work as per SAP system.
To take appropriate safety precautions for Man, M/c & equipment’s.
To work with achieve improvement programmed.
To maintain all QMS , EMS & OHSAS Documents every month
Co-ordination with Customer for Quality issues
Review the Deptt MIS & MRM with top Management.
Reporting the performance of QMS, EMS & OHSAS management system to top
management
