Job Description:

Role Description
• Total, complete customer satisfaction in terms of quality.
• Thorough knowledge of garments, fabrics (FR, IFR, non-FR) and accessories.
• Implementation & maintenance of the Quality Management system and quality
plan, parameters and inspection systems, records deviations and send feedback
to the concerned department.
• To oversee all aspects of sewing related quality control function and ensure
product meets organizational standards and buyer requirements.
• Training, technical guidance & support to checkers and auditors.
• Monitoring & control of QC performance & all quality reports.
• Quality reports & plan of action on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• QA training needs and opportunities.
• Clearing all third-party audits.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with local, national, and international standards and
legislation.
• Support new product development and continuous improvement.
• Co-ordination with merchandising, cutting & finishing departments.
• MIS (e.g. Discrepancy Report, Alteration Report, Internal Final Inspection Report,
Non-Conforming Product Report, Dispatch report, etc.) & maintain organized
records of all documentation.
• Any other suitable work assigned by the management from time to time.
Skills & Qualifications
▪ Minimum 3-5 Years Quality Control/Quality Assurance of Garments factory in
supervisory role.
▪ Graduate/technical degree.
▪ Attitude to do things right first time.
▪ Understanding of the basic quality requirements of production and products.
▪ Knowledge of measurement basics with strong observational, analytical, and
problem-solving skills.

▪ Understanding of regulatory compliance and skilled in
understanding/interpretation of technical data.
▪ Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and MIS reporting.
▪ Good planning and organizational skills.
▪ Excellent communication & leadership skills, sound judgment, ability to take
decisions independently.
▪ Able to work well under pressure.
▪ Team player.
Compensation

▪ Hike over existing package and capability of the candidate.
