Job Description:

We have urgent for HR recruitment Specialist.

experience - Minimum 3 Yr

Location - Surat

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing

• Post job openings on job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Source candidates through databases, social media, references, and networking

• Build and maintain candidate pipeline

2. Screening & Shortlisting

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews

• Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit

3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Coordinate walk-in drives and bulk hiring

• Share candidate details and feedback with management

4. Offer & Joining Process

• Conduct salary negotiation

• Roll out offer letters

• Follow up for joining and documentation

• Maintain joining tracker

5. Database & Reporting

• Maintain recruitment MIS

• Update ATS / Excel tracker regularly

• Prepare daily/weekly hiring reports

Required Skills:

• Candidate should have experience retail Industtry

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Strong negotiation skills

• Knowledge of job portals

• Ability to handle multiple positions

• Time management & follow-up skills
