EHS Manager

Job Description:

• Ensure incident-free plant operations by implementing SHE guidelines and Life Saving Rules
• Conduct SHE training programs for employees and contractors
• Develop and drive safety culture through Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives
• Implement and monitor PTW, MOC, JSA, and Risk Assessment processes
• Manage incident reporting, investigation, and closure of action items
• Ensure compliance with SHE legal requirements, permits, and statutory regulations
• Liaise with regulatory authorities (PESO, DISH, GPCB, etc.)
• Manage environmental systems (ETP/WWTP/STP, hazardous waste, emissions)
• Maintain fire protection and safety equipment/systems
• Manage contractor safety and participate in HAZOP/JSA studies
• Support cross-functional departments in SHE policy implementation
• Lead SHE meetings, audits, and improvement initiatives
