Job Description:
🚀 *We’re Hiring: Quality Representative*
*📍 Location: Gujarat- Sanand*
🕒 Work Timings: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
👤 Reporting To: Quality Manager
🔎 *Job Purpose:*
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Representative to act as the single point of contact for all quality-related concerns. The role involves ensuring smooth quality operations on the shop floor and immediate resolution or escalation of issues related to supplied parts.
🛠️ *Key Responsibilities:*
✔ Act as the on-site Quality Representative at Sanand
✔ Be present on the customer shop floor where parts are used
✔ Monitor product performance and ensure zero quality concerns
✔ Attend and resolve quality issues for supplied components
✔ Coordinate with Quality & Production teams for product-related concerns
🎓 *Eligibility Criteria:*
🔹 Qualification: Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile preferred)
🔹 Experience: Minimum 1 year
🔹 Language: Ability to communicate in English (preferred)
🔹 Basic knowledge of quality tools & manufacturing processes is an added advantage
