Job Title: Sales Engineer – Automation & Control Panels
Location: Rajasthan
Experience: 2-4 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with expertise in automation sales and
marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical/ electronic/
instrumentation and proven experience in selling automation solutions, control panels, and related
products.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads for automation and control panel solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and industrial clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and after-sales support.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in automation.
Qualifications:
Education:
o BE/B. Tech/ Diploma holders in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with relevant
experience may apply.
o MBA in sales/marketing may also apply.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, Drives, Control Panels, Electrical Panels.
Familiarity with automation systems and solutions
Automation course certification is an added advantage
Other Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Hindi, and English (mandatory)
Own vehicle is compulsory
Geographical knowledge is an added advantage
Excellent communication and marketing skills
