Position:       Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities                                                                                    

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines and related auxiliary equipment.                                                                                    
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled systems                                                                                 
• Monitor and maintain SCADA systems for real-time process control and data analysis                                                                                            
• Manage operation and upkeep of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations                                                                                       
• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards                                                                                               
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity                                                                                    
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history                                                                                    
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs                                                                                  
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms.                                                                                   

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and automation systems                                                                                    

• Hands-on experience with Injection Moulding Machines (hydraulic/electric)                                                                                    
• Practical understanding of ETP and RO plant operations and maintenance                                                                                       
• Experience working with SCADA systems for monitoring and control                                                                                     
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems                                                                                         
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills                                                                                 

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering

Salary :- Upto 14.00 LPA
