Sr Manager - Operational Risk Gurgaon

Job Description:

• Lead identification, assessment, and oversight of operational risks and key controls across insurance value chain

• Drive RCSA execution and control testing, ensuring design and operating effectiveness across critical business processes

• Execute focused Thematic Reviews to identify emerging risks, control gaps, and process weaknesses

• Oversee Operational Risk Events & Issues, including root- cause analysis, remediation tracking, and closure assurance

• Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Control Indicators (KCIs) risk events, and action plans, with timely escalation of material risks

• Partner with business stakeholders to strengthen process governance and control ownership

• Promoting Risk culture to enhance self-disclosures on incidents and deeper integration with Risk Vanguards across Organization
