Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking an ERP Expert with 5+ years of experience to manage, customize, and optimize ERP systems . The role involves ensuring seamless integration of ERP modules across finance, procurement, HR, and public service departments to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain ERP systems .

Collaborate with finance, HR, procurement, and engineering teams to streamline workflows.

Customize ERP modules to meet public sector requirements and compliance standards.

Provide training and support to staff for effective ERP usage.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.

Coordinate with IT vendors for upgrades, patches, and integrations.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for management and government audits.
Key Skills & Qualifications

MBA/PG in Finance, IT, or related field with 5+ years of ERP experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in ERP Related Projects

Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Procurement, Public Works).

Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

Skilled in SQL, database management, and ERP customization.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Experience in public sector or municipal projects preferred.
