Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Manage the reception area and keep it clean and organized

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Coordinate with different departments as needed

Respond to emails and inquiries promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
-
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good telephone etiquette

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude
Job Time -10 AM-7:30 PM (Mon-Fri and half day on Saturday)
