Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Marketing Executive/Coordinator to manage end-to-end marketing activities, including social media operations, campaign execution, internal events, and marketing strategy implementation. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand communication, effective lead generation, and measurable campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Campaign Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Manage internal marketing workflows, agency coordination, content calendars, and campaign timelines
  • Track campaign performance, lead conversion metrics, and ensure closure on campaign deliverables
  • Maintain and update campaign dashboards, trackers, and marketing performance reports

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Handle and oversee social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate with design and content teams/agencies for social media creatives and copies
  • Monitor social media engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness and recommend optimisations

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
  • Translate marketing strategy into actionable campaigns and execution plans
  • Continuously evaluate campaign outcomes and provide insights for strategic improvements

Sales & Stakeholder Alignment:

  • Liaise with sales teams to align on MQL-to-SQL handoff, lead quality, and feedback loops
  • Ensure timely communication and collaboration between marketing, sales, and leadership teams

Events & Internal Engagement:

  • Plan and manage internal events, webinars, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics, communication, and post-event reporting for events and webinars
  • Support employer branding and internal marketing initiatives

Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, or Business Analysis
  • Hands-on exposure to social media management and digital campaigns
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive, organized, and execution-driven mindset
