Job Description:

Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and plans using
AutoCAD.
● Supervise civil construction, repair, and maintenance activities at the site.
● Prepare cost estimates, BOQs(Bill of Quantities), and material requirements for civil
projects.
● Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and
timely completion.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during project
execution.
● Maintain proper documentation of civil works as per ISO and company policies.
● Assist in planning and execution of preventive maintenance of civil structures and
facilities.
● Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
● Support senior engineers and management in project planning, budgeting, and
design modifications.
● Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues during execution.

Skills Required
● Proficiency in AutoCAD and interpretation of civil engineering drawings.
● Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
● Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant legal regulations.
● Ability to prepare technical reports and presentations.
● Good problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
● Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Qualification :
Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering.
