Job Description:
Position: Executive - Incoming Quality
Location: Pardi
Experience: 2 - 4 Year
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
- Conduct inspection of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and outsourced products.
- Verify materials as per approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.
- Maintain IQC records, reports, and documentation.
- Approve or reject materials based on quality parameters.
- Coordinate with purchase and vendors for non-conforming materials.
- In-Process & Final Quality
- Monitor in-process quality during production of games and jewellery items.
- Inspect finishing, printing, plating, polishing, assembly, and packing quality.
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support quality audits and vendor audits.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IQC procedures and inspection techniques.
- Good understanding of material specifications and quality standards.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
