Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a design-driven and detail-oriented FF&E Designer with strong experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects. The role involves curating, documenting, and coordinating furniture, fixtures, equipment, sanitaryware, lighting, and decorative elements that align with architectural intent and luxury brand positioning.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate refined aesthetic judgment, strong material knowledge, excellent vendor coordination skills, and disciplined documentation practices—especially for hotel projects.


Key Responsibilities

1. FF&E Concept Development

  • Develop curated FF&E packages aligned with the overall interior design vision.

  • Select and specify loose and custom furniture, decorative lighting, rugs, fabrics, artwork, accessories, and sanitary fittings.

  • Ensure finish consistency across furniture, fixtures, and styling elements.

  • Lead styling for luxury residences and hospitality spaces.

  • Support photoshoots and final handover walkthroughs.

2. FF&E Documentation

  • Prepare detailed FF&E cut sheets, including specifications, dimensions, finishes, quantities, and vendor details.

  • Prior experience in creating FF&E documentation for hotel projects is mandatory.

  • Create and coordinate material sample boards.

  • Work closely with the Quantity Surveying (QS) team to finalize item quantities.

  • Coordinate with design teams to prepare baseline furniture and fixture drawings for documentation.


Preferred Experience

  • 5–6 years of experience in a reputed interior design firm.

  • Proven experience in hospitality and hotel interior projects.

  • Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.


Required Skill Set

  • Strong aesthetic alignment with luxury hotel interiors.

  • Excellent detailing ability and finish sensitivity.

  • Strong vendor communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Organized, deadline-driven, and structured approach.

  • Budget awareness and cost-control understanding.

  • Strong understanding of luxury spaces as experiential environments.


Software Skills

  • AutoCAD (layout referencing and coordination)

  • MS Excel (FF&E cut sheets and documentation)

  • MS PowerPoint / Canva (client presentations)
