Job Description:

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator with experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) within the interior design or fit-out industry.

The candidate will be responsible for accurately managing project-related data including vendor details, BOQs, specifications, procurement tracking, and documentation. The role requires strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain FF&E data including furniture schedules, material specifications, and vendor information.

  • Manage and update procurement tracking sheets and purchase logs.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, databases, and digital records.

  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for data validation and verification.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, summaries, and status updates as required.

  • Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, inventory records, and vendor follow-ups.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all projects.

  • Support BOQ documentation and FF&E schedule preparation.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification (interior design background preferred).

  • 3–5 years of experience in data entry (experience in interior/FF&E projects preferred).

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data management, tracking sheets).

  • Basic understanding of FF&E documentation, BOQ preparation, and procurement processes.

  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple project data simultaneously.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems or project management tools.

  • Understanding of procurement workflow and vendor documentation.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
