MEP Manager
Job Description:
•Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily installation activities for HVAC, electrical power, fire fighting, and plumbing systems.
•Coordination & Planning: Coordinate with structural, architectural, and other MEP trades to resolve conflicts (clash detection) and ensure seamless integration.
•Technical Compliance: Ensure all installations adhere to project specifications, local building codes, and safety standards.
•Quality Control & Testing: Conduct inspections to maintain high-quality work, and perform testing and commissioning of equipment.
•Material Management: Determine material requirements, coordinate with procurement for timely delivery, and manage on-site storage.
•Documentation: Maintain records of daily progress, prepare site reports, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs).
Additional Details :
1. Work Location: Renewal Manji, Phagi Road, Jaipur (approximately 25 km from Jaipur city)
2. Relocation: Candidates from across India may be considered; however, accommodation, food, and transportation will need to be arranged by the candidates themselves. Only Jaipur Candidates/ Near by Jaipur/ Rajasthan
3. Employment Terms:
o Candidates will be on Talisman’s payroll
o 1-year contractual engagement (non-renewable)
4. Experience Required:
Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.
5. Interview Process:
o Jaipur-based candidates: Face-to-face interview.- Face to face or VC both works
6. Work Schedule:
o Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
o Sunday: Fixed weekly off
o Shift timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
On Third Party Payroll (Talisman HR) contractual role for a minimum duration of one year.
