Experience Required: 3+ years in FEA analysis and simulations Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced FEA Engineer to work with our Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
team. The ideal candidate will oversee structural, thermal, and dynamic simulations and
ensure reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of Mechanical concepts, solid
mechanics and numerical methods. The FEA Engineer will manage projects, and collaborate
with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in engineering analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. FEA Analysis & Simulation:
• Develop and validate numerical models for linear, non-linear, transient and vibration
analysis.
• Analyze results and provide design recommendations.
• Review of ongoing projects phase-wise and keep the clients informed on the same.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards (ASCE, AISC, etc.).
• Ensure proper documentation of FEA methodologies, assumptions, and results.
2. Team Leadership & Project Management:
• Oversee multiple FEA projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with
business goals.
• Implement best practices for FEA simulation, validation, and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
3. Software & Tools Expertise:
• Utilize commercial and open-source FEA software (ANSYS Mechanical, NASTRAN,
etc.).
• Optimize computational performance by refining meshing, and solver settings.
