Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively searching for candidates via job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and networking.
- Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess qualifications.
- Coordination: Managing candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and handling feedback.
- Hiring Process Management: Coordinating with hiring managers on job requirements, negotiating job offers, and closing candidates.
- Data Management: Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software to maintain candidate databases.
- Employer Branding: Promoting the company culture to attract top talent.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple requisitions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ATS systems, and online sourcing tool
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
