Job Description:

Role Objective
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the face of Sparsh Group, responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the journey of finding their perfect property—from the first inquiry to the final handshake.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Management: Proactively follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, and referrals.
* Site Presentations: Conduct professional site visits, explaining project features, floor plans, amenities, and USPs to potential clients.
* Sales Conversion: Negotiate pricing and payment plans within company guidelines to close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Ahmedabad’s real estate trends, competitor pricing, and new infrastructure developments.
* Relationship Building: Maintain a strong database of potential investors and home-buyers, ensuring excellent post-sales service to encourage referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate sales (Residential).
