Position: Maintenance Manager - Paint Shop
Location: Zorli near by Vapi
Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance operations of
- Peint Shop machines (Robots, Metallizing, PVO systems
- Presses / Shearing machi n es
- Furnace & Ball Peening machines
- Uti litigs — AHIJ, Chillers, Scrubber systems
- Oversee Electrical & Mechanical maintenance activities including:
- PLC (Mitsubishi & Delta) systems
- AC/OC Drives & Servo Motors
- Temperature & Pre ssure Controllers
- Hydraulic Pneumatic systems
- Develop and implement
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance plans
- Shutdown ma intenance plannineg
- Maintenance SOPs & checklists
