Job Title: Tender Executive

Location: Fortuna Tower, Ns Road 

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive who has hands-on experience in filing and managing government tenders through portals such as IREPS and GeM. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender processing, documentation, submission, and follow-ups to ensure successful participation and order conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant tenders on Indian Railways E-Procurement System (IREPS) and Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portals.

• Prepare, compile, and upload tender documents as per technical and commercial requirements.

• Handle complete tender lifecycle including:

  • Tender analysis

  • Document preparation

  • EMD submission

  • Online bid submission

  • Reverse auction participation (if applicable)

• Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Technical, Sales, Production) for required documents and pricing inputs.

• Maintain updated records of submitted tenders, status tracking, and follow-ups.

• Ensure compliance with government norms and portal guidelines.

• Monitor tender results and manage post-award documentation.

• Handle vendor registrations and renewals on relevant portals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in government tender handling.

• Strong working knowledge of IREPS and GeM portals.

• Good understanding of technical and commercial documentation.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and online portal operations.

• Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Railway / Government / PSU tenders.

• Knowledge of EMD, BG, MSME benefits, and compliance documentation.

• Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
