🔍Job Overview

 

We are looking for a passionate Sales / Sr. Sales Engineer to join our team at Surat or Vapi. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll be driving business development, generating leads, and expanding our market presence. You’ll work closely with customers to identify opportunities, offer tailored solutions, and ensure long-term relationships that fuel growth.

 

You will also provide technical support, manage customer interactions, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

* Regular field visits at Surat, Navsari & Vapi customer sites, plants, and offices to generate new inquiries

* Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers

* Analyze customer inquiries and connect them with the right manufacturer solutions

* Prepare and share offers/quotations efficiently

* Conduct impactful presentations to generate leads from new and existing clients

* Schedule and attend customer meetings at sites, offices, and plants

* Submit proposals within deadlines and ensure follow-ups

* Coordinate with manufacturers on inquiries and order progress

* Conduct technical discussions post-offer submission

* Process customer orders and coordinate internal teams

* Monitor and analyze e-tender portals for new opportunities

 

🎯Skills & Qualifications

 

✔ Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering

✔ 2–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or engineering sectors

✔ Strong understanding of customer acquisition and industrial product sales

✔ Ability to manage sales cycles

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
