Job Description:
The job description is as below:
- Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, meet production targets, and analyze output for efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Design and improve food processing equipment, machinery, and workflows to increase yield and reduce waste.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all products meet quality standards, food safety regulations (such as HACCP or ISO), and sanitation protocols.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Address technical issues on production lines, perform root-cause analysis, and support maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.
