Operations Executive

Job Description:

Role Overview

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. The role involves operational follow-ups, workflow monitoring, logistics and accounts support, and ensuring smooth business operations under the guidance of the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management

Manage and support daily business operations.
Ensure smooth execution of operational processes and workflows.
Monitor ongoing tasks and ensure timely completion.

2. Cross-Department Coordination

Coordinate with the Accounts team for operational requirements, payment status, and documentation follow-ups.
Work closely with Customer Support teams and Team Leaders to ensure uninterrupted operational workflows.
Coordinate with the Logistics department for dispatch planning, delivery tracking, and stock movement.
Act as a central point of communication between departments for operational matters.

3. Follow-up & Execution

Track pending operational tasks and follow up with relevant teams.
Ensure instructions and directives from the General Manager are implemented effectively.
Monitor operational timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Maintain accurate records of operational activities and updates.
Identify and escalate operational issues, delays, or risks to management.

5. Issue Resolution

Identify day-to-day operational challenges.
Coordinate with concerned departments to resolve issues efficiently and promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
Strong problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset.
