Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to act as the operational engine of our organization. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the complete business lifecycle — from manufacturing and logistics to retail operations, financial performance, digital presence, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Supply Chain Management
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless movement of oil production from manufacturing facility to retail outlet.
Optimize logistics, control operational costs, and eliminate delays.
Develop and monitor operational KPIs to drive efficiency and performance.

2. Retail & Outlet Management
Directly supervise outlet staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Develop, implement, and audit SOPs to deliver a premium customer experience.
Monitor store performance, inventory management, and compliance standards.

3. Financial Oversight & P&L Management
Collaborate with the finance team to monitor daily cash flow and manage departmental budgets.
Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Ensure cost control without compromising quality and service standards.

4. Digital & Customer Strategy
Oversee social media content planning and execution to strengthen brand presence.
Manage customer support systems and resolve escalations to maintain brand reputation.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement strategies.

5. HR & Team Leadership
Review manpower requirements, identify shortages, and ensure timely hiring to maintain smooth operations.
Draft employment agreements and oversee employee appraisal processes.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 7+ years in Operations, with at least 4+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
Industry Exposure: Experience in FMCG, Food, or Oil manufacturing preferred.
Multi-Tasker: Comfortable managing operations, finance, retail, and digital functions simultaneously.
Communication: Fluent in Gujarati and English.
Leadership: Strong team management, process-driven approach, and execution-focused mindset.
