Job Description:
AM – Admin (JD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all records of:
- Current working equipment
- Renewal documents
- Agreements and contracts
- Handling government-related work and compliance.
- Managing purchase of materials including:
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Work Orders
- Coordinate billing and payment discussions with vendors and the accounts team
- Knowledge of:
- Fire-related NOC documentation and audit process
- DG-related documents with the Payment process
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of procurement, billing, and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and record management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate
