Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Experience: 2+ years
Location: Katargam, Surat

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Sales Head, Liaisoning Officers, Tele-callers, and field sales team.
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline, lead status, and customer databases.
• Prepare sales MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Maintain records of enquiries, leads, conversions, and lost opportunities.
• Support management with sales performance analysis and dashboards.

• Maintain tender-related data, submission status, and follow-up tracker.
• Act as a communication bridge between sales, execution, finance, and management.
• Coordinate follow-ups with customers, government departments, and internal teams.
• Share updates, reminders, and action points with the sales team.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication for approvals and submissions.
• Support Liaisoning officers in document collection for government tenders and DPRs.
• Maintain tender calendars, deadlines, and submission checklists.
• Coordinate with accounts and technical teams for required documents.
• Assist in post-tender follow-ups and status tracking.
• Ensure adherence to internal sales processes and reporting formats.
• Identify gaps in coordination and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of sales and client data.

Skills:
● Strong coordination and organizational skills.
● Good communication (written and verbal).
● Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
● Ability to prepare MIS and analytical reports.
● Follow-up and multitasking ability.
● Basic understanding of sales processes and customer management.

Qualification:
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Experience:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Back-office Sales.
• Experience in B2B, government projects, EPC, infrastructure, or consulting will be an advantage.
